1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "Member") and 202pub (hereinafter referred to as "202pub," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://202pub.cam and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

By registering an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration. 202pub enforces this requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 202pub. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms. 202pub uses technical and administrative controls to detect multi-accounting. Where multiple accounts are identified, 202pub reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any funds derived from the duplicate account.

2.4 Exclusion of Persons in Related Industries

Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of 202pub, its affiliated entities, technology providers, and game suppliers are not eligible to register or play on the platform. This restriction applies regardless of their place of employment or residence.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on 202pub, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at 202pub's discretion, you will be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and method of payment. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, Social Security System (SSS) ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine driver's license, or Philippine National ID. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if documentation is not provided after written request, closure of the account and forfeiture of any bonus balances. Cash balances in excess of bonus funds will be held pending resolution.

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 4.4 Fees

202pub does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank) may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside 202pub's control. You are responsible for understanding and bearing any such fees imposed by your payment provider.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

202pub is committed to compliance with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of 2001 as amended. 202pub may request additional documentation or information from any player in connection with its anti-money laundering obligations at any time. Failure to cooperate with such requests may result in account restriction or closure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse 202pub's bonus systems — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other behaviour that 202pub reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse — is a material breach of these Terms. 202pub reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel any winnings derived from abusive activity, and close the relevant account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account balance without notice.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on 202pub is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager. 202pub accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities on the 202pub platform. Any breach of this Section is a material breach of these Terms entitling 202pub to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any part of the 202pub platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime through the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Player Tools

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 202pub platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, audio and video material, and data compilations, is the property of 202pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 202pub platform for its intended purpose as a personal gaming platform. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform; or frame or link to the platform in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

The 202pub name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 202pub or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 202pub.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

The 202pub platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 202pub does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 202pub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, game outcome disputes, technical failures, or unauthorised access to your account.

In no event shall 202pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You expressly acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your 202pub account. 202pub is not responsible for gambling losses incurred on the platform. You represent that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that gambling does not negatively affect your financial wellbeing or personal responsibilities.

11. Amendments to These Terms

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, 202pub will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to your registered email address or via an in-platform notification. For minor amendments, such notice may not be provided. In all cases, your continued use of the 202pub platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and notify 202pub if you wish to close your account. Account closure requests submitted in response to Terms amendments will be processed without penalty.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms, your use of the 202pub platform, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with either, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 202pub, you agree to first contact 202pub's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 202pub's support team is available 24/7 via live chat and will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines. Proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12.3 Regulatory Complaints

If you are not satisfied with 202pub's resolution of any complaint, you may contact the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through their official channels for regulatory assistance.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 202pub with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
